About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products from Print Unleashed through this website.

Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Print Unleashed is a UK-based sole trader business.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example if a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

Products and product information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other information shown on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen or device you use, and minor variations may occur between products.

Please check the product description and any size information carefully before placing your order.

All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you and refund any amount you have paid for that product.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

The price you pay for a product will be the price displayed when you place your order, except where there is an obvious pricing error.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payment services are provided by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

Our standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery is included free of charge. If you choose an optional upgraded delivery service, any additional delivery charge will be clearly shown before you place your order.

If a price has been displayed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment already made.

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receiving your order.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery is included free of charge with every order. You can choose to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for an additional charge at checkout.

Delivery times quoted by Royal Mail are estimates and are separate from our dispatch time. Occasionally deliveries may take longer due to circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Please make sure that the delivery address provided with your order is complete and accurate. If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at printunleashed@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Returns, cancellations and faulty goods

We hope you’ll be happy with your Print Unleashed order, but we understand that sometimes you may change your mind or something may not be quite right.

Your rights to cancel an online order, return goods and receive remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Refund & Returns Policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Promotions and discount codes

From time to time, Print Unleashed may offer promotional prices, discount codes or other special offers.

Any additional conditions that apply to a particular promotion will be stated with that offer.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, including where there has been an error or misuse of the promotion. This does not affect orders already validly placed using the promotion.

Website content and intellectual property

The content of the Print Unleashed website, including product designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, text, branding and logos, is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise used by Print Unleashed with appropriate permission, unless otherwise stated.

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or otherwise use our content or designs without our permission, except where permitted by law.

Print Unleashed branding and logos must not be used in a way that suggests an association with, endorsement by or approval from Print Unleashed without our permission.

Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, including our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaching these Terms & Conditions or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order.

Our products are supplied for personal and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses arising from the use of products purchased as a consumer.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the part of the United Kingdom in which Print Unleashed is based.

If you are a consumer, you will retain any mandatory rights you have under the laws applicable to you.
